My wife and I purchased a new Fuzion 429 from them last year. The total experience was amazing. They gave us a great price for our trade and a great price on the new one. After owning the RV for 9 months, we decided to downsize to a smaller RV. We again contacted Stephen, our salesman, about a smaller Fuzion 373 that they had. Once again, we had an excellent experience with the process. Our new camper had some issues with it and the service department went out of their way to get us in and correct the issues. I can't speak enough good things about this dealership. If you're in the market for a new RV, I highly recommend this dealership to you.

This was our third RV purchase over the years and of the three, our best overall experience. I'd like to note several reasons to purchase from them. First of all, it felt great to deal with someone that wasn't just pushing numbers, trying to pressure us into allot of extras, meet the sales numbers, hustle us thru for the next 20 customers or keep a big corporate RV seller with a 500 acre lot in business. They were very patient, understanding and held our RV on a reasonable deposit. Special thanks to Steve for working with us and making the deal a very smooth and non stressful process. The camper was %100 ready for us, PDI was perfect. Of some minor issues we noted, they had corrected all issues and delivered a perfect unit. Adam in service did a great job and knows what he's talking about. I would strongly encourage you to look at there inventory and reach out to Steve if they don't have what your looking for. I would highly recommend them and encourage you to go out of the way to visit them.

What a wonderful company. We had alot of people recommend D&D to us when it was time to look for a new camper and boy are we glad we listened. We are on our third camper, this was the first we had to finance and the biggest we have owned. Travis went above and beyond for me and my family! I went back and forth on what I wanted to keep in our budget, Travis expertise and patience was above and beyond excellent, The walk through when we picked up our camper was excellent, and they hooked up the distribution and sway bar hitch and made sure I could hook and unhook before I left. I cannot stress enough when I say I am a life long customer to D&D. It is the only place I truly trust when it comes to sales and experience.

Our friends thought we were crazy to drive over 800 miles to purchase a used RV sight unseen. But it was all worth it. We got exactly what we were looking for and at a great price. This is our 4th RV and this was the most pleasant buying experience by far. After speaking to several people at D&D over the phone they assured me the RV was in like new condition so we put down a deposit. When we arrived, the two young men in the service department went over all the systems in the RV with us. Best walk-through ever. In addition we purchased a hitch and sway bars which they hooked up before we started heading home. Wish we lived closer to D&D because wed certainly use them if we ever needed any maintainence. Best experience buying any type of vehicle ever!!!

We discovered D&D RV through a search of listings on RV Trader. They had the exact floor plan we were looking for at a great price. The total experience from our first email inquiry to delivery day was top notch. Devin was very prompt in answering any of our questions and very accommodating throughout the financing process. Since this was our first travel trailer, I wanted to ensure trouble free towing so we purchased the Equalizer E4 weight distribution and sway control hitch with our trailer. Upon arrival of delivery day, Devin took us back to their service garage where our travel trailer was setup indoors and prepped for delivery. It was also where we were introduced to Kyle, who took his time to explain literally everything there was to know about our travel trailer including some maintenance care tips. Kyle had already setup the new hitch on the trailer and only had to make adjustments for my truck height and electric brake controls. Prior to our arrival, Kyle had also setup a Seal Tech test allowing us to see firsthand our travel trailer had no leaks. Both Kyle and Devin made every effort to ensure we were making the right choice before signing our finance agreement. These days it is rare to encounter a company with such integrity and by far the highest level of customer service I have ever seen. We felt so comfortable very early on with D&D RV Yes, we basically purchased our travel trailer sight unseen. We cannot express enough just how pleased we are with our decision in choosing not only our travel trailer but also in choosing to buy it from D&D RV. After our three-and-a-half-hour drive, we can honestly say we absolutely have NO regrets in the distance traveled to meet Devin and the staff at D&D RV. It has been a week since we brought our RV home. My husband and I traveled 4 hours to look at a previously owned travel trailer that D and D had for sale. We ended up purchasing the trailer and everything about our experience was top notch! From sales to financing to service, everyone was great and very knowledgeable. We had to come back at a later date to pick up the trailer and the process was very smooth. Once the paperwork was signed, their service technician spent over an hour with us going through the trailer and explaining everything. He helped my husband get the trailer hooked up to the truck and thanks to him we had a safe trip back home with the new trailer. We were looking for a specific camper with a specific floor plan. The closest one to us was about three hours from our home. We made the trip only to find the camper had not been taken care of and was somewhat ruff. The next closest was about six hours away but the dealer would not return my calls. When I called D and D Devin returned my call, answered all my questions about the camper and offered to sell it to me for a fair price. But what I appreciated more than anything else was the respect he showed me and taking me at my word that I was serious about buying a camper and that I was willing to drive over 12 hours each way to buy it. I trusted the folks at D and D so much that I left my camper with them to sell for me. Also, seeing that in these days and times that they have the courage to put scripture with their company name made us feel very comfortable. When we arrived we were meet by Devin outside their front door and he made us feel like family from the start. He even drove us to a restaurant while they adjusted the hitch for the new camper. It was definitely a great experience and will make the 24 hour trip again when we buy our next camper.

Picked up our trailer, Saturday morning, from D&D. It was a great experience. They gave us a complete walk through and explanation of all the systems. Set the hitch up, on the suv, while we shopped for our necessary supplies and even replaced the plug on the suv, and didn't charge for the extra labor.
